This role Employment Hero is evolving. We are pivoting from a referral-based model to a Certified Partner Motion, empowering our partners to become true resellers who own the billing, the relationship, and the value-add services for their end clients. As the Partner Success Manager, you are the "Mini-CEO" of this new channel. You will be the architect of our certification journey, the technical "knowledge bible" for our partners, and the commercial catalyst helping them displace legacy competitors. This is a high-impact, "hands-on" role requiring a blend of training skills, technical software fluency (HR & Payroll), and commercial grit.
Your key focus areas will be:
- Architect of Onboarding & Certification: Help to build and subsequently own the end-to-end onboarding and certification process for UK partners. Become the subject matter expert on Employment Hero’s HR, Payroll, and T&A suite for CPs, ensuring partners are equipped to handle complex client onboarding at scale. Work with Marketing and Product to ensure partners have the playbooks, technical documentation, and sales collateral needed to win.
- The Pivot in the Motion: Act as the primary point of contact for partners. When they hit a technical or operational snag, you unlock them by navigating internal Support and Product teams. Align with Sales for pipeline, Marketing for co-marketing, Product for local UK requirements, and RevOps for Salesforce/PRM efficiency.
- Partner Growth & Strategy: Guide partners on how to bundle their own value-added services with our software to maximize their business success. Lead the initial pilot of 5 key partners, ensuring they achieve their first end-client wins within the first 3 months. Track and drive the "speed to first sale" for every new certified partner.
Who you are:
- 3+ Years in SaaS Implementation & Training: The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of onboarding and training users on complex platforms.
- HR & Payroll Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge of UK payroll, compliance, and T&A workflows is essential.
- Commercially Savvy: You understand the unit economics of a reseller model and can help a partner see the ROI of switching from a competitor.
- The Educator: You have a natural talent for training and can simplify complex software features into "value-driven" benefits.
- Tool-Proficient: You are a power user of Salesforce and have experience or a strong interest in managing PRM (Partner Relationship Management) platforms.
What we can offer:
- £65k base plus 20% commission, £78k OTE.
- Work remotely with flexibility to own your time and impact.
- Access cutting-edge tools to amplify your work, knowledge and outputs.
- Collaborative, outcome-driven colleagues.
- Ownership of ESOP (employee share options).
- Benefits including a generous home office budget and recognition programs.
