Employment Hero is on a mission to make employment easier and more valuable for everyone. Our Employment Operating System brings hiring, HR, payroll and benefits into an all-in-one solution. Since our inception in 2014, we have scaled to a $2 billion valuation and gained a presence in 6 countries globally - Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, the UK and Canada. We now service over 300,000 businesses and more than 2 million employees.

At Employment Hero, we are proud of our unique DNA, which we call The EH Way:

  • Mission First - everything we do is driven by our Mission.
  • Remote First - we champion a remote environment with a preference for asynchronous communication and a high degree of autonomy.
  • AI First - we are committed to using AI to accelerate our mission.
  • Apolitical - we do not take a position on political or social topics, unless it relates to our Mission.
  • Live by Our Values - we role model our values 100% of the time.
  • Expect High Performance - we set a high standard and we are not satisfied with being average.

As our Product Marketing Manager you will be the strategic bridge between our product roadmap and market execution. Reporting to the UK Snr PM and MD (Talent Solutions), you will be instrumental in translating product value into high-impact messaging and driving the go-to-market execution required to build a liquid talent marketplace. You won’t just identify market needs; you will partner closely with Product and Marketing teams to ensure our value propositions result in tangible customer adoption and commercial growth in the competitive UK SaaS landscape.

Your key focus areas will be:

  • Identifying and closing product-market fit gaps for UK employers to adopt and benefit from EH Talent.
  • Developing and leading the go-to-market strategy for the UK Talent Marketplace, ensuring value propositions are effectively translated into marketing execution.
  • Collaborating closely with the Product Manager to influence and prioritise the product roadmap based on UK market requirements and competitive analysis.
  • Mapping UK supply and demand across regional hiring conurbations, industry verticals, and role types.
  • Optimising the Talent pitch for the UK market in collaboration with local CX and SDR teams.

This will include:

  • Collaborating closely with the marketing team to translate core value propositions into high-impact messaging for execution across all relevant channels.
  • Speaking directly to customers through feedback calls to understand what is working, what isn’t, and why they use (or can’t use) EH talent products.
  • Collecting structured feedback from customers, AEs, and CS reps to define requirements for UK market success.
  • Directly contributing to adoption goals by managing product releases and ensuring customer-facing teams (SDRs, AEs, and CS) are equipped for success.
  • Analysing data to identify where demand from EH customers and prospects is strongest to influence candidate acquisition and the product roadmap.
  • Documenting common customer queries, objections, and activation patterns to inform AI development.
  • Researching, understanding, and designing solutions (this is a research-focused role, not an engineering management role).

To thrive at Employment Hero, you will need to embody The EH Way - operating with focus, agility, and an obsession with impact. For this role, you will also bring:

  • Strategic & Execution-Focused: Proven ability to not only develop high-level strategies but also execute the messaging and tactics required to drive product adoption.
  • Product Collaboration: Experienced in working cross-functionally with Product Management and Engineering to translate market feedback into a prioritized roadmap.
  • Analytical Rigor: Proven experience in data analysis and market mapping to identify trends and growth opportunities.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: A background in conducting structured customer interviews and translating feedback into actionable product requirements.
  • Strategic Research Skills: Ability to work autonomously on research and solution design without direct management of engineering teams.
  • AI Curiosity: An interest in documenting customer patterns to help build future AI-driven support and activation tools.

Joining Employment Hero means:

  • You will work remotely, with the flexibility to own your time and impact.
  • You will access cutting-edge tools to amplify your work, knowledge and outputs.
  • You’ll surround yourself with ambitious, outcome-driven colleagues who challenge you to do the best work of your life.
  • You’ll own ESOP (employee share options) in one of the world’s fastest-growing tech companies.
  • Access to a wide range of benefits including a generous parental leave policy, subsidised egg freezing, a WFH office expense budget, and learning & development opportunities.
  • Annual Global Gathering - we’ve been to Thailand, Vietnam, Bali, Dubai and are headed to the Gold Coast, Australia in September 2026.
  • We’re AI-first, so you may meet some of our AI tools early in the process.

Employment Hero celebrates diverse perspectives and experiences; we invite people of all backgrounds and identities to apply.
