As a Product Owner, you’ll be working with our Product Team and will be instrumental in shaping the foundations and shared capabilities of our All-in-One Platform (AIOP), ensuring our Employment Operating System scales seamlessly across all global markets.
- Delivering shared capabilities (Identity, Permissions, Data Models) that enable internal teams to build and ship features 2x faster.
- Ensuring 99.9% uptime and high-performance standards for all platform-level microservices.
- Streamlining the "All-in-One" experience so customers move between HR, Payroll, and Benefits with zero friction.
- Data-Driven Innovation: Partnering with engineering to shape pragmatic, scalable solutions across our Ruby on Rails and React/Angular stack.
- Driving platform quality by ensuring initiatives include robust observability, monitoring, and security considerations.
3–7 years of experience as a Product Owner in SaaS, specifically within platform, shared services, or infrastructure-adjacent areas.
- Technical Literacy: Comfort validating RESTful APIs and a solid understanding of microservices, PostgreSQL, and CI/CD.
- Proven ability to align diverse cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
- A high bar for quality in PRDs and the ability to make prioritization decisions grounded in data and evidence.
- Academic Foundation: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
