This role
As our UK Head of Partnerships, you\’ll be reporting to the Global Head of Partnerships and instrumental in shaping Employment Hero\’s partner-led growth in the UK, contributing directly to our BHAG.
Your key focus areas will be:
- Delivering 30-50% of UK revenue through partner-sourced ARR
- Scaling Bureau and Referral Partner programs in line with 2027 growth plans
- Launching and growing new strategic partnerships
- Doubling average partner productivity YoY
This will include:
- Leading and scaling the UK Channel Partnerships function across Referral, Certified, and Bureau partner models
- Owning and growing strategic partnerships that generate pipeline and ARR
- Managing and coaching team leads across channel and SDR functions
- Building scalable acquisition and enablement frameworks for partners
- Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Product and Ops to align GTM strategies
- Representing UK partnership priorities in global planning forums
Who you are

- Cross-functional experience working with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Ops
