This role

As an Account Executive, you'll be a key part of our UK sales team and play a key role in driving new customer acquisition – helping us accelerate towards our BHAG.

Your key focus areas will be:

  • Winning new business in the UK market.
  • Managing a high-volume, end-to-end sales cycle from prospect to close.
  • Partnering closely with our SDR team to maximize opportunity conversion.
  • Delivering a consistent monthly quota through high-quality pipeline management.

This will include:

  • Prospecting, pitching, demoing and closing new business across a wide range of verticals.
  • Presenting to and negotiating with C-suite and senior HR executives.
  • Collaborating closely with SDRs to qualify and progress inbound and outbound leads.
  • Maintaining a strong, accurate sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM.
  • Hitting monthly revenue targets through consultative, value-based selling.
  • Contributing to a culture of learning, energy and high performance within the sales team.

The majority of opportunities are inbound via SDR allowing the AE to focus on deep discovery, positioning the product as a valuable solution, and closing.
