The role involves joining a progressive company at the forefront of HR, Payroll, Recruitment, Onboarding, Benefits, Employee Engagement & Performance technologies, with the opportunity to grow and develop.

  • Represent the client, customer and brand in decision-making prioritisation during release and sprint workload planning.
  • Assist client product owners and client product managers during prioritisation sessions.
  • Identify, filter and prioritise customer complaints and feedback requests.
  • Collaborate with engineers and product leadership team to plan, undertake and input results of testing and performance measurement into future release and roadmap planning.
  • Collaborate with Professional Services and Support teams to create rollout and implementation plans for existing customers.
  • Concise explanation of ideas, issues or project status to key stakeholders and the wider organisation at an appropriate level of business or technical detail.

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate qualifications in Business Systems, IT, Engineering, or a quantitative discipline (e.g., 2 - 5 years of relevant work experience as a Product Owner or in product management).
  • Strong analysis skills, with experience interpreting data to inform product decisions.
  • Proven success working directly with engineers to build software products.
  • Track record of critically analysing data samples and producing sensible insights to fuel product initiatives.
  • Experience working with big data is a plus.
  • Hungry, creative, enthusiastic, and data-driven with a diverse skill set to thrive in an environment of fast growth and ambiguity.
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
  • Proven ability to align diverse cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
  • Passionate about data and product management.
