As an Account Executive, you'll be a key part of our UK sales team and play a key role in driving new customer acquisition – helping us accelerate towards our BHAG.
- Managing a high-volume, end-to-end sales cycle from prospect to close.
- Delivering a consistent monthly quota through high-quality pipeline management.
- Presenting to and negotiating with C-suite and senior HR executives.
- Maintaining a strong, accurate sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM.
- Contributing to a culture of learning, energy and high performance within the sales team.
Experience in B2B sales within a tech or SaaS environment is required.
Experience in Sales in the HR / Payroll tech space – a plus.
A track record of managing and closing full sales cycles.
Confidence in a high-volume, fast-paced sales setting.
A history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
