This role
As an Account Executive, UK, you’ll work closely with our UK Sales Team and play a key role in driving new customer acquisition – helping us accelerate towards our BHAG. Your key focus areas will be:
- Winning new business in the UK market
- Managing a high-volume, end-to-end sales cycle from prospect to close
- Partnering closely with our SDR team to maximize opportunity conversion
- Delivering a consistent monthly quota through high-quality pipeline management.
This will include:
- Prospecting, pitching, demoing and closing new business across a wide range of verticals
- Presenting to and negotiating with C‑suite and senior HR executives
- Collaborating closely with SDRs to qualify and progress inbound and outbound leads
- Maintaining a strong, accurate sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM
- Hitting monthly revenue targets through consultative, value-based selling
- Contributing to a culture of learning, energy and high performance within the sales team.
Who you are
