This role As an Account Executive, UK, you’ll work closely with our UK Sales Team and play a key role in driving new customer acquisition – helping us accelerate towards our BHAG. Your key focus areas will be: Winning new business in the UK SME market Managing a high-volume, end-to-end sales cycle from prospect to close Partnering closely with our SDR team to maximise opportunity conversion Delivering a consistent monthly quota through high-quality pipeline management. This will include: Prospecting, pitching, demoing and closing new business across a wide range of verticals Presenting to and negotiating with C-suite and senior HR executives Collaborating closely with SDRs to qualify and progress inbound and outbound leads Maintaining a strong, accurate sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM Hitting monthly revenue targets through consultative, value-based selling Contributing to a culture of learning, energy and high performance within the sales team.
