This role focuses on Employment Hero’s Employer of Record (EOR) service, acting as a bridge between SMBs and their global expansion goals. You will consult with C-level and HR executives on how to hire, onboard, and pay talent anywhere in the world without the need for local entities.
Your key focus areas will be:
- Consultative Selling: Navigating complex conversations around international labor laws, compliance, and global payroll to provide tailored EOR solutions.
- Pipeline Management: Managing the full sales cycle from initial discovery to close, generating your own pipeline from outbound prospecting for new global growth opportunities.
- Product Expertise: Conducting high-impact demos of the Employment Hero platform, specifically showcasing our HeroForce and EOR functionality.
- Strategic Growth: Partnering with SMB owners to help them scale their headcounts across borders instantly and compliantly.
