Do you enjoy gathering research and carrying out analysis? Do you want your work to have a positive impact on people's lives? If so, this role could be for you. Employment Experts Ltd provide reports for the Court that helps to decide how much compensation an injured/disabled person, someone who has experienced historical abuse or a person who has a matrimonial breakdown, should be awarded in damages for lost earnings and career opportunity.

You will provide valuable support to our growing team of experts, to investigate claimant's work opportunities, vacancies, salaries and benefits. You will gather and analyse publicly available data and labour market trends, monitoring developments and sharing updates with the expert team. You will be able to interpret and analyse information, drawing logical conclusions and presenting findings in your own words to the expert team.

The post is an excellent opportunity to join our team where thought leadership in the world of employment is our mission, particularly relating to physical disability and psychological health. You will have the opportunity to work alongside our occupational therapists and psychologists who provide functional assessments of the physical capacity of disabled claimants to return to work, in our sister organisation, Novo Therapy & Care Ltd.

The following experience is required:

  • Degree level qualified as a minimum.
  • Statistical understanding for carrying out calculations to analyse pay information and documents.
  • Able to source, analyse and present data.
  • Must be confident with numeracy and have a high standard of written work.
  • Experience in report writing.
  • Basic knowledge of UK tax system.
  • Experience of undertaking primary and secondary research.
  • Experience of using Microsoft Excel.
  • Professional demeanour suitable for a commercial environment.
  • Understanding of confidentiality.

The post may be particularly suitable to persons with a background or higher education in Economics or Accountancy.
