Belfast City Council is seeking a Senior Building Control Surveyor within the Place & Economy Department.
You will report to the Lead Building Control Surveyor and lead the enforcement of building control legislation to ensure a high standard of service.
Responsibilities include carrying out the full range of Building Control duties, including out of hours inspections when required, and contributing to service objectives and the unit business plan while delivering a customer-focused service.
