The predicted salary is between 36363 - 36363 £ per year.

Overview

Ref: 2026-97

Salary: £32,597 – £36,363 per annum. We also have an excellent defined benefit pension scheme.

The post holder will be responsible for delivering Housing Executive operational functions of the Onside Evolution Programme in conjunction with programme partners and in line with our vision and values.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Hold a degree level qualification (level 6) or equivalent and have a minimum of at least 1 year’s relevant experience
  • Or hold a level 5 qualification and have a minimum of at least 2 years’ relevant experience (please include dates to demonstrate the number of years’ experience required according to your qualification level)
  • Have a minimum of 1 year’s experience working in a customer services environment (please include dates)
  • Have experience in a minimum of 3 of the following 4 areas:
    • Experience of working in partnership with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of services
    • Collating and analysing information and preparing reports
    • Experience of operating in a team environment working to tight deadlines to deliver collective outcomes successfully
    • Experience in using your initiative to address and resolve problems or difficulties to deliver successful outcomes for the organisation and/or customers
  • Candidates must possess a current driving licence or have access to a form of transport that enables them to meet the requirements of the post in full.
