High Rise is a fabulous, fun-filled adventure centre in Lisburn with Clip ‘n Climb indoor climbing, soft play, sensory rooms, party and meeting rooms and a café. High Rise is part of a charity, with profits used to help local families.

This is a temporary part‑time role for an enthusiastic Freelance/Part time Digital Marketing Specialist to support our team immediately. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating fun and engaging digital content across a range of platforms, and managing our social media channels and websites. Well organised with excellent attention to detail, they’ll be ideas-driven with a real passion for marketing and enjoy keeping up to date with the latest trends in social and digital marketing and have a flair for eye‑catching design and high‑quality content creation.

Role Description

• Assisting with the day to day management of social media channels including creating and posting captivating, engaging content (blogs, articles, videos, graphics) and community management.
• Setting up and managing social media advertising campaigns and tracking performance.
• Tracking and reporting on all social and digital media using analytics.
• Supporting the general marketing and communications function of the organisation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and managing social media platforms.
• Minimum of 2 years’ recent relevant experience in a similar role devising and executing successful digital marketing campaigns to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
• Previous experience of managing social media platforms, including advertising (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Google Business).
• Up to date with current social media trends and confident working with guests and staff, co‑ordinating, capturing and editing video and graphics content.
• Experience of video editing and graphic design (eg Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop / InDesign / Canva).
• Excellent writing, proofreading and content editing skills.
• Must have the legal right to work in the UK. Proof of right to work in the UK will be required before engagement.
• Must be available to work from the office in Lisburn, Northern Ireland.
• Must be available to start immediately.

This is a temporary freelance/part time role to provide short-term cover. The initial duration is expected to be around 2 weeks, with the possibility of an extension if required. This is an on‑site freelance role. The successful candidate must be able to start immediately and to work from our office in Lisburn, Northern Ireland. Remote or home working is not available for this position.
