We are a market-leading estate agency with three offices across the Cambridgeshire area. Due to significant business growth, we are now looking to recruit a Lettings Negotiator for our flagship branch in central Cambridge.
Having been established in the area for many years, we firmly believe our people are at the centre of our success. As a result, we invest heavily in our team and offer fully funded industry qualifications, use of our fleet of company cars, and an impressive 34 days holiday each year. Our offices are a hive of activity, creating a positive, energetic, and upbeat working environment.
The Role
As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for registering applicants, conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and progressing tenancies through to completion. You will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service to both landlords and tenants while contributing to the continued success of the branch.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and personable individual with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in the property industry. Previous lettings or estate agency experience is advantageous, but not essential, as full training and support will be provided. A full UK driving licence is required.
