Our prestigious and very well regarded client who is based in Cambourne, Cambridgeshire is now in the market for an experienced Credit Controller to join their finance and accounting team. This company offers excellent working terms and conditions which include flexible working and flexible hours.

We require an experienced Credit Controller to actively manage customer accounts to ensure timely payments and minimise bad debt by implementing credit policies, reconciling accounts, and negotiating with high-risk customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Debt Recovery: Recovering overdue payments B2B.
  • Policy Implementation: Ensuring adherence to company credit control policies and procedures.
  • Account Management: Reconciling complex accounts and managing high profile customer accounts.
  • Customer Relations: Maintaining positive relationships with customers while ensuring timely payments.
  • Payment Negotiation: Negotiating payment plans and terms with customers to resolve outstanding debts.
  • Stakeholder Relations: Work with Sales Order Processing team and our Sales team to investigate and resolve customer queries and disputes.
  • Communicate with Shared Service in Poland to support accurate cash allocations and resolution of payment queries.
  • Timely release of dunning letters and statements.
