Your new role Southend Council are looking to recruit a permanent full-time Qualified Social Worker to work within the Assessment and Intervention team.

A&I Social Workers need to be in the office on duty week but then be part of a backup duty rota in the two weeks between. It is expected that the workers are available and in the office on these days - this could equate to 1-2 days in two weeks.
