What You’ll Do
- Support young people with their daily routines; getting them ready for school, prepping for meal times, and planning activities.
- Create a warm, homely environment by helping with light housekeeping.
- Build strong, meaningful relationships and provide emotional support.
- Plan and join fun activities like trips to the park, popcorn & movie nights, or creative projects.
- Keep essential records to ensure the best possible care.
- New staff must be comfortable using an electronic care recording system on a daily basis to document, monitor, and update children and young people’s records accurately.

Our Unique and Inviting Home: Nestled in the beautiful North Shropshire countryside, our spacious five-bedroom detached house offers a truly unique and inviting setting. What makes it so special is its serene location, providing an abundance of peace and tranquillity.

We’re currently sharing our home with three incredible young people, each with their own distinct personality and charm. They’re all easy-going with great characters, and they really enjoy chatting with the team. It’s truly heart-warming to see how much they value and enjoy the time they spend with their families. They’re an adventurous group, taking part in a variety of activities from walking, cycling, and climbing to wild water swimming. They also love their pamper nights, getting their hair and nails done.
