Stannah have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Customer Sales Advisor to join the Sales Department based at Audenshaw Depot. This job will involve overseeing the day-to-day management of office operations while supporting customers throughout their sales journey, responding to enquiries about stairlifts and homelifts, and helping customers choose the best solution for their needs.
Your salary will be £27,500 plus OTE of £35,000. You will work Monday – Friday 8:30am – 18:00 and Saturday 09:00 – 17:00. This job is a permanent contract.
This is a great opportunity for someone with supervisory experience who enjoys delivering excellent customer service, supporting a team and working towards targets in a fast-paced environment.
To be successful as the Senior Customer Sales Advisor, it is essential that you have previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership role alongside strong communication and customer service skills, as well as experience in sales or handling customer enquiries.
Responsibilities:- Overseeing the day-to-day management of office operations
- Supporting customers throughout the sales process from enquiry to completion
- Responding to customer enquiries via telephone, webchat and live video communication
- Recording customer interactions accurately on the company system
- Building rapport with customers and helping identify the best product solution for their needs
- Previous supervisory experience
- Confident written and verbal communication skills
- Friendly, empathetic and positive approach to customer service
- Ability to work towards targets and achieve results
- Willingness to learn technical product knowledge and complete training
