About the job. Here at National Highways, we're recruiting a Framework Manager to play a pivotal role in the delivery of the £968m Legacy Concrete Roads Reconstruction (LCRR) Framework. Working at the heart of the National Concrete Roads Programme (NCRP) across RIS3 and early RIS4, you'll coordinate LCRR and procurement activity alongside the NCRP Programme and Technical Leads. You'll shape the delivery of the programme.
