About The Role

At Alzheimers Society, we believe no one should face dementia alone. Every conversation, every visit and every small moment of reassurance can make a real difference. We are looking for a warm, thoughtful and organised Dementia Adviser to join our supportive team in Ceredigion on a fixed term contract until 31st December 2026, working 30 hours per week.
