Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook dishes according to the menu and recipes, ensuring consistency and adherence to our quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef in menu planning, recipe development, and food cost control.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work station, following all food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Assist in stock management, including inventory control, stock rotation, and ordering of ingredients and supplies.
  • Monitor portion sizes and wastage to minimize food costs and maintain profitability.
  • Uphold excellent food presentation, ensuring that all dishes are visually appealing and meet our high standards.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of new dishes, incorporating creativity and innovation into our menu offerings.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during busy periods and strive for excellent customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
