We are a small family owned ladies gym working primarily with mature ladies. We offer a focused 30 minute resistance circuit designed to promote muscle strength, improve flexibility and bone density. Our coaches play a crucial role in educating our members about resistance training and how to use our specialised circuit machines. We work with members across a wide age spectrum and often help members.
