Bridgend Inn is a small business in Carlisle. We are agile, professional, innovative, and our goal is to deliver exceptional food to both repeat and new customers while displaying consistency and passion in everything we do.

Our company is seeking a Chef to assist the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. The successful candidate for this position will have experience in both delivering service and all other aspects of the day-to-day tasks in the kitchen, specifically a good knowledge of food preparation, and an eye toward quality, service and safety.

We are looking for an innovative chef who will work closely with our executive team not only to deliver the exceptional every day but also to create and establish new and current ideas within the business.

  • Ensure that food is freshly prepared and presented attractively.
  • Maintain inventory and records for food, equipment, and supplies.
  • Ensure the kitchen is clean and tidy.
