- You’re in control - work on a self-employed basis

Your pay explained: £15-£18 (Opportunity to Earn) is based on a competitive rate per parcel (piece-rate) and is regularly exceeded by couriers once up to speed! Your hourly earnings are driven by volume and efficiency, and we boost your income in line with an experienced courier to ensure you earn at least the daily earnings from your delivery unit and help you get your feet off the ground. The £200 payment is made after you have completed 300 parcel deliveries from our Brynmenyn delivery unit on 5 consecutive Saturdays.
