We’re looking for a motivated Production Operative to join a busy manufacturing team on the South Coast. This is an initial 12-week temporary role with the opportunity to go permanent for the right person.

Shift: Sunday – Thursday, 21:45–06:00

The Role

• Operate machinery, tools and equipment to produce high-quality products.
• Follow all Health & Safety procedures.
• Carry out quality checks and verify products against work orders.
• Perform manual handling safely and maintain clean work areas.
• Report any issues or delays to supervisors.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in production or manufacturing preferred.
• Good Health & Safety awareness.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Reliable, quality-focused, and able to use your initiative.
