Survey work is field based across London and surrounding counties, with report writing and administration carried out remotely.
You will be based from their Hertfordshire office when required.
What you will be doing Leading on Level 2 Homebuyer Reports, Level 2 Plus Valuations, and Level 3 Building Surveys across a varied residential caseload.
You will also be carrying out property and reinstatement valuations, producing high quality reports, and advising clients clearly and confidently throughout.
All work is delivered in line with RICS standards, and at this level you will be operating largely independently and managing your own diary and caseload.
