Property Manager

Property Manager (Estates/Housing) | Central London | Circa £50,000 | Permanent Our client, a well-known and highly respected charity supporting the Armed Forces community, is seeking a Property Manager to support the Head of Property and Facilities across a varied residential and service-related property portfolio. The role You will help develop and deliver annual and long-term maintenance plans, support the negotiation and delivery of property service contracts, and ensure compliance with laws and regulations relating to property ownership and management. You will work closely with external surveyors and contractors, support operational teams on rent, adaptations and property disposals, and provide reports to internal boards and committees. You will line manage one member of staff and provide cover for the Head of Property and Facilities during absences. What we are looking for - Minimum three years' property management experience - Knowledge of building management and maintenance legislative requirements - Confident negotiating with surveyors, contractors and tenants - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage a busy workload - Competent use of IT systems including Word, Excel and PowerPoint What is on offer - Circa £50,000 - Permanent, full time - Based at the charity's Central London offices near Regent's Park Requirements - Clean UK driving licence and access to a car insured for business purposes To apply, please send your CV and a covering letter setting out why this role interests you and how you meet the criteria above.
