I am seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Controls Lead to oversee the change across our current Project delivery team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking an uncoordinated Projects team, lacking structure, coordination and standardisation within its reporting and forecasting and implement process improvement strategies (that you will formulate) that will result in standard working practices across the department.
This role requires excellent organisational skills, effective communication abilities, and a strong background in project controls methodologies. You will have experience of creating change and most importantly bringing people with you. The successful candidate will most likely have a background in Oil & Gas and have relevant proven experience.
The role is offered on a contract basis, with an initial term of 6 months. The role is available outside IR35 with a rate of £600 - £850 a day.
