We are recruiting an experienced Powder Coater for a well‑established engineering business based in Biggleswade. This is a day shift role, 40 hours per week, with overtime available at 1.5x once you’re through your probation period.

- Preparing surfaces for powder coating including cleaning, masking and pretreatment
- Operating powder coating equipment and spray guns
- Colour matching and ensuring a consistent, high‑quality finish
- Inspecting finished work and identifying any defects before sign‑off
- Keeping equipment clean and maintained and working to production schedules
