I am recruiting for a business development manager with experience supplying to the construction sector, specifically roofing. Experience of selling solar solutions is ideal, but absolutely not essential as full product support will be provided. The role is offered with a base salary of £45K and an OTE to c£60K. You will be working closely with architects, main contractors, product specifiers, and roofing installers, so previous experience is essential. The role is home-based with 2-3 days on the road in a customer-facing capacity.

- Identify nationwide projects through means provided
- Target all architects' practices
- Secure Specification
- Manage Accounts
- CPD development beyond architects for M&E consultants and other building professionals
- Make technical proposals for projects including energy modelling where required
- Produce standard drawing with manufacturing partners for downloadable support to the architects
- Support colleagues with sales and specification including client visits
You will be supported by a sales and marketing team, as well as directly by the CEO.
