Our client makes high-efficiency turbo blowers and aeration systems for the water and industrial markets.

They're well-established, serious about growing their European footprint, and looking for someone to lead that growth from the UK.

This is a genuine BD role — building relationships with water utilities and industrial clients, running energy audits, presenting at trade shows, and positioning the business as the go-to name in aeration efficiency.

ESOS and SECR compliance are part of the story.

So is helping clients understand what they're actually spending on aeration and what they could save.

The right person probably already works for a competitor.

They'll know the water sector, understand blower technology, and be comfortable talking energy economics with a process engineer or a procurement director.

Chartered Engineer or Chartered Energy Manager status is a bonus, not a barrier.
