The Role
- Lead and manage the Revenue Team, ensuring high performance and efficiency
- Oversee the full contract lifecycle, including setup, amendments, and compliance
- Manage all billing activities, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Monitor revenue performance, forecasting, and reporting on key metrics
- Maintain data integrity across systems
- Drive continuous process improvement using data and tools like Power BI
- Act as escalation point for customer queries and complaints
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and support finance
The Candidate
- Must hold a Full UK Driver Licence
- Proven experience in contracts, billing, or revenue operations
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams
- Knowledge of ServiceNow and ESOD is advantageous
- Analytical mindset with experience in reporting tools such as Power BI
- High attention to detail and focus on accuracy
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, organised, and customer-focused approach
