This is a true end-to-end sales role where you will generate your own leads, manage your own pipeline, and close your own deals. If you are currently working as a Sales Executive, Sales Development Representative, Business Development Manager or in a new business sales role and want more control, more earning potential, and the chance to close, this is your opportunity. This is not an appointment setting role. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle from first contact through to signed agreement.

The Role

  • Proactively win new business across a business-to-business market
  • Carry out high-volume outbound activity including calls, email, and LinkedIn
  • Generate your own leads and build a strong pipeline
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs
  • Manage the full sales cycle from first contact through to close
  • Attend and lead client meetings both virtually and face to face
  • Present tailored digital marketing solutions
  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets

Requirements

  • At least 12 months' experience in a new business sales role
  • Confident in outbound sales and lead generation
  • Strong hunter mentality with a proactive approach
  • Motivated by targets, commission, and closing deals
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence speaking with decision makers
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Digital marketing experience is helpful but not essential
