Are you detail-oriented, confident working with numbers, and motivated by solving problems? We are working with a well-established, global tech business to recruit a Credit Controller on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity to build experience within a fast-paced, international environment where each day brings new challenges.

Our client is a major player in IT workplace solutions, operating on a global scale and supporting a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple industries. With continued expansion, they are looking to strengthen their team by bringing in a proactive and organised professional who can contribute to both credit control and broader administrative support.

The Role

  • Manage customer accounts and ensure the smooth running of the credit control function.
  • Resolve outstanding account queries directly with customers.
  • Monitor and manage outstanding invoices and follow up with customers regarding overdue payments.
  • Allocate incoming payments to appropriate accounts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Upload invoices to customer portals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
  • Manage unallocated payments and process refunds.
  • Conduct credit checks for new and existing customers.
  • Prepare legal documentation where required.
  • Update direct debit mandates and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with general ad hoc administration to internal teams.

The Candidate

  • Must have a Full UK Drivers Licence.
  • Experience in Oracle and ServiceNow is advantageous but not essential.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong numerical skills.
  • A confident communicator with excellent customer service skills.
  • Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • A proactive problem-solver who can think on your feet.
