The Company

Our client is a well-established, internationally recognised tech brand with offices based in Central London. Known for their innovation and rapid pace, they’re looking for a capable and motivated Senior Sales Administrator to keep the wheels turning smoothly behind the scenes. You will be the operational backbone of the sales function, ensuring everything from order processing to CRM management runs like clockwork.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Accurately process sales orders and quotes, ensuring all data is error-free and up to date.
  • Own all admin-related tasks for the sales team, including compliance tracking and internal communications.
  • Monitor and follow up on expiring quotes and outstanding orders.
  • Maintain and update client records, inputting new accounts and managing changes with precision.
  • Champion the CRM (Salesforce preferred), ensuring records are always current and clean.
  • Provide regular reporting to both the team and senior stakeholders—daily, weekly, and monthly.
  • Support sales colleagues with their target lists and lead pipelines.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to track deliveries, manage payments, and resolve issues.
  • Take ownership of general admin, including office supply management and greeting visitors.

The candidate:

  • Proven experience in a sales admin or sales support role (ideally in a fast-moving or tech environment).
  • Confidence using CRMs, Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong customer service ethos and a collaborative team spirit.
  • Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong reporting and analytical capabilities.
  • Able to travel to Central London office 4 days a week.
