Our client is seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to join their dynamic team in Rugby. This is a hands-on role and is perfect for someone who enjoys creating and managing digital content and is passionate about social media and multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive engagement and results. This role suits someone who is earlier on in their marketing career, looking for a new challenge.
The role:
- Standalone role, supported by external Marketing Manager and direct line manager
- Manage the creation of brochures, banners, newsletters, and promotional content
- Collaborate with senior management to brainstorm/execute new product uploads, pricing updates, and special promotions
- Creating and managing content for social media, email, and websites
- Ensure customers are responded to promptly and in a timely manner
- Supporting lead generation and customer engagement initiatives
- Provide ad-hoc marketing support to the wider sales team as required
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitors, and trends
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels
- General marketing support including planning and participation in events.
The candidate:
- Comfortable working with external agencies
- Must have 12 – 18 months experience within a Marketing or similar role
- Creative with the ability to bring ideas to life
- Experience in marketing tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar
- HubSpot experience advantageous
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Must be able to work independently
- Excellent written and verbal skills
