The role
As an Account Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and delivering transport solutions for customers with complex logistics requirements. Working closely with customers, transport partners and internal teams, you will manage every stage of the process, from quotation through to delivery, ensuring each solution is commercially viable, operationally efficient, and delivered to the highest standard.
This is far more than a booking or administration role. You will analyse customer requirements, solve logistical challenges, influence key stakeholders, and develop tailored transport solutions that deliver the best outcome for everyone involved.
Your responsibilities will include:
