Our client is a highly respected financial services business and due to growth, they are seeking a professional and proactive Executive Assistant to support their leadership team and wider office. This is a part-time position offering flexibility around working days and hours (20β30 hours per week), making it ideal for someone seeking a work-life balance while maintaining a hands-on, varied role.
The Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced PA or office manager with a background in professional services. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the business, supporting Partners and the wider team with everything from diary management to office operations and event coordination.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Executive diary management and scheduling meetings
- Booking travel and accommodation
- Coordinating internal/external events and room bookings
- Answering inbound calls and managing general enquiries
- Supporting onboarding/offboarding processes
- Monitoring and maintaining First Aid and Fire Safety compliance
- Office policy development and implementation
- Ensuring team training and compliance tasks are up to date
- Maintaining IT/mobile inventory and ordering supplies
- Overseeing office maintenance and liaising with service providers
- Producing documents and binding presentations
- Assisting with ad hoc administrative projects as needed
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in a PA, EA, or senior admin role (financial or professional services preferred)
- Exceptionally organised, with strong attention to detail
- Proactive and able to manage multiple responsibilities
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Tech-literate and experienced in standard office systems
