My client is a fast‐growing tech company, who due to growth is now looking to recruit an ambitious sales professional for their thriving Leicester office. This is not an account management role; this is pure outbound, target‐driven, and performance rewarding. You will be on the front line of growth, engaging decision‐makers, breaking through gatekeepers, and turning conversations into booked demonstrations.
The role
- Proactively identify and win new business through high‐volume outbound calls
- Engage directly with decision‐makers
- Qualify prospects through strong questioning and consultative conversations
- Book high‐quality appointments and product demonstrations for the Demonstration team.
- Build, manage, and consistently develop a strong pipeline of opportunities
- Follow up on leads, re‐engage lapsed prospects, and nurture interest through to handover
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging and improve conversion
- Maintain accurate records of activity and progress using CRM systems
- Consistently hit and exceed KPIs and targets
The candidate
- Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development
- A confident, persuasive communicator who builds rapport quickly
- Comfortable making outbound calls per day
- Resilient, competitive, and motivated by targets and commission
- A true hunter mentality who enjoys prospecting, rejection does not faze you, and wins drive you
- Self‐motivated, energetic, and always looking to outperform expectations
- Experience using CRM systems in a sales‐driven environment
- Interest in technology or SaaS is an advantage
