The role:
Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to create and develop new opportunities with housebuilders and landscape architects
Research prospective businesses and document activity in the CRM system
Proactively follow up on opportunities with timely calls and emails
Generate new business opportunities by following up on marketing campaigns and industry events
Take ownership of CRM data, ensuring records are accurate, clean, and up to date
Book high-quality appointments to increase the activity of the sales team in the field
Handle incoming calls and manage live chat channels
Support the daily processes and administration within the sales and marketing departments
The candidate:
A confident communicator who enjoys speaking with clients on the phone and by email
Someone resilient, proactive, and motivated by generating results
Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
IT literate and confident learning new systems
Experience in internal sales, telesales, or outbound calls is desirable — but the right attitude, drive, and persistence are even more important
Knowledge of Salesforce CRM is a bonus, but not essential
Hours of work:
36 hours per week
Monday – Friday: 8.30am – 5.00pm
