The role

As a Sales Development Rep, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with prospective customers. Working alongside an experienced sales team, you will generate your own pipeline, qualify opportunities and book appointments, all while developing the skills needed to progress into a Business Development Executive role. No two days are the same, and every conversation is an opportunity to make an impact.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Making outbound calls to prospective business customers.
  • Building relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Generating your own sales pipeline through telephone, email and LinkedIn.
  • Qualifying opportunities and booking appointments for the senior sales team.
  • Keeping customer records up to date using the customer relationship management system.
  • Working towards achievable performance targets and key performance indicators.
  • Continuously developing your sales knowledge and commercial skills.

The candidate
