My client is a market-leading FinTech business and, due to increased client demand, is looking to recruit a proactive Administrator to support their clients and internal teams on an ongoing temporary basis.

You will join a fast-paced, technology-led business where you will play an important role in keeping customer records, internal systems and administrative processes accurate and up to date while working alongside a supportive and collaborative team.
The Role- You will ensure customer information is recorded accurately, respond to customer queries promptly, and provide general ad hoc administrative support to internal teams, helping to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly and efficiently.
- Working with CRM systems and digital documentation
- Supporting shared inboxes and day-to-day administrative tasks
- Uploading, organising and categorising documents
- Helping the team meet service level deadlines
- Responding to email enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Supporting both the Administration and Customer Success teams
- Flagging missing information, delays or potential issues
- Providing general office administration support
- You will be organised, proactive and detail-oriented, with good communication skills and confidence using computer systems.
- Must have previous experience in Administration or similar role
- Organised, proactive and eager to learn
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and picking up new systems quickly
- Ability to multi-task.
