Leicester, Office Based

Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (flexible for the right candidate)

My client is a market-leading FinTech business and, due to increased client demand, is looking to recruit a proactive Administrator to support their clients and internal teams on an ongoing temporary basis.

If you have an interest in technology and finance, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience within one of the UK's fastest-growing industries. You will join a fast-paced, technology-led business where you will play an important role in keeping customer records, internal systems and administrative processes accurate and up to date while working alongside a supportive and collaborative team.

The Role
  • You will ensure customer information is recorded accurately, respond to customer queries promptly, and provide general ad hoc administrative support to internal teams, helping to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Working with CRM systems and digital documentation
  • Supporting shared inboxes and day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Uploading, organising and categorising documents
  • Helping the team meet service level deadlines
  • Responding to email enquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Supporting both the Administration and Customer Success teams
  • Flagging missing information, delays or potential issues
  • Providing general office administration support
The Candidate
  • You will be organised, proactive and detail-oriented, with good communication skills and confidence using computer systems.
  • Must have previous experience in Administration or similar role
  • Organised, proactive and eager to learn
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and picking up new systems quickly
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Interested within the FinTech or technology industry
