Our client dominates the financial services industry offering bespoke software solutions to companies nationally.
They have gone from strength to strength and part of this growth is to recruit an experienced customer success professional to join them on a full-time permanent basis.
The role
- Managing specific relationships with both customers and internal stakeholders
- Acting as the first point of contact with customers in your portfolio
- Reviewing MI for providers and articulating this to customers and senior management
- Managing and using data to ensure conversions are maximised
- Responding to customer enquiries including following up on old enquiries when necessary
- Working to deadlines, ensuring client queries are dealt with in a timely manner
- Updating client profiles always ensuring accuracy
- Working to FCA guidelines
- Supporting management with their administrative needs
- Escalating client issues with the tech team
- Following legislative guidelines when processing documentation
The candidate
- Previous experience working in financial services ideally Pensions/ Employee benefits
- Passionate about all thing s customer service
- Confident with the ability to communicate at all levels
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Knowledge of all Microsoft packages and previous experience using a CRM
- Knowledge of FCA guidelines
- Strong attention to detail
- Happy to work from the office in Leicester 4 days per week
