We are working with a long-established, market-leading business turning over £25m annually. My client puts quality over quantity – it is at the heart of everything they do. They are now looking for a Customer Service Executive to service their business customer needs.

This isn’t a call-centre role. You will be given the time and autonomy to build rapport, solve problems, and deliver the kind of service that leaves a lasting impression. If you are someone who thrives in a people-focused environment, values doing things properly, and takes pride in servicing customer needs, this is the role for you!

The role:

  • Handling inbound calls and emails from existing customers
  • Providing support, handling general account queries including sales administration
  • Resolve queries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Process customer orders efficiently
  • Work closely with internal teams to maintain smooth service delivery
  • Maintain accurate records and follow company procedures using CRM software
  • Contribute ideas to improve the customer experience

The candidate:

  • Previous customer service skills (B2B) is essential
  • Strong rapport builder, someone bubbly/chatty would suit this role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
