We are working with a well-established, global tech business to recruit a Credit Controller on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity to build experience within a fast-paced, international environment where each day brings new challenges. With continued expansion, they are looking to strengthen their team by bringing in a proactive and organised professional who can contribute to both credit control and broader administrative support.

The Role

  • Resolve outstanding account queries directly with customers
  • Monitor and manage outstanding invoices and follow up with customers regarding overdue payments
  • Allocate incoming payments to appropriate accounts and reconcile discrepancies
  • Upload invoices to customer portals
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers
  • Manage unallocated payments and process refunds
  • Conduct credit checks for new and existing customers
  • Preparing legal documentation where required
  • Update direct debit mandates and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with general ad hoc administration to internal teams

The Candidate

  • Must have a Full UK Drivers Licence
  • Experience in Oracle and ServiceNow is advantageous but not essential
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong numerical skills
  • A confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
  • Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • A proactive problem-solver who can think on your feet
