We are excited to work with a successful manufacturer who due to business growth is looking to add a proven sales professional to their team.

Based in the East Midlands, with a turnover exceeding £25m they are looking for an ambitious, hunter who wants to take their sales career to the next level.

You will be responsible for driving business growth not only in the UK but also speaking to manufacturers and distributors overseas.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential customers
  • Meet or surpass sales goals and objectives
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, developments, and best practices.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments in the company to deliver high-quality solutions to our customers
  • Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and build relationships with potential customers
  • Provide regular feedback to the management team on market developments, opportunities, and threats
  • Keep track of customer feedback and work closely with the customer service team to ensure customer satisfaction

To be successful in this role:

You will be a confident senior sales professional who has sold a product or service for a minimum of 5 years.

You will have along with demonstrated success in meeting or surpassing sales goals and objectives.

  • Consultative selling: Ability to understand client problems and then be able to work collaboratively to discover the applications required to deliver business value
