My client is a global leader in IT workplace solutions—a multi-billion-dollar technology business delivering innovative services to clients across multiple sectors. Due to continued growth, they are expanding their London sales team and seeking a Business Development Manager to drive both new business acquisition and account development.

The role:

  • Hunting new business within SMBs nationally
  • Proactively drive sales growth by researching, targeting, and connecting with prospective customers
  • Build proposals, quotes, and ROI-based business cases
  • Deliver presentations that communicate value, differentiation, and tailored solutions
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including marketing, pre-sales, and operations
  • Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and CRM data to support forecasting and activity tracking

The candidate:

  • Proven success in B2B sales, ideally in IT solutions/ workplace tech or a similar service-based industry
  • A strong understanding of the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to close
  • Experience handling both new business generation and account development
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to align IT solutions to business challenges
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident managing multiple opportunities simultaneously

In return:
