My client is one of the most iconic names in sports. Due to business growth, they are looking to recruit an ambitious Business Development Manager. This is a key role in growing my client's commercial opportunities and driving new business. It’s your chance to represent a household name whilst playing a major part in shaping its future.

Someone who thrives on building a pipeline from scratch, picking up the phone, booking meetings, pitching high-value opportunities, and closing deals. This is a high-performance sales environment with serious earning potential for someone who is ready to go out and own it.
This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager who has experience in B2B sales to join a global brand. Responsible for generating and developing new business with great marketing support and exceptional existing client reference sites.
You will be responsible for driving new business acquisition and nurturing long-term relationships across our premium hospitality, events and seasonal client offerings. This includes:
- Selling match-day and seasonal corporate products such as Executive Boxes and catering.
- Managing and growing an existing client base while proactively generating new leads.
- Representing my client on match-days and at major events.
- Meeting clear financial and activity targets, with full CRM support and access to a vibrant commercial network.
- Pitching high-level opportunities, including our prestigious hospitality packages.
We want someone who brings energy, professionalism, and a bit of spark. Confident on the phone and in person. Resilient, self-starting, and motivated by targets and incentives. Great at building rapport with clients across all levels. Passionate about sport (but no sports sales experience is necessary). Organised, articulate, and presentable - someone who takes pride in what they do.
The candidate:
- A minimum of 12-month sales experience is vital.
- A confident and ambitious hunter.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Background in hospitality, events, or sports sales is preferred but not essential.
