The role Following workflows to process client and contract requests from start to finish Drafting, reviewing, and maintaining contracts and commercial agreements Keeping contract records accurate and up to date Liaising with internal teams and external clients to keep things running smoothly Assisting with order processing, invoice management, and payment tracking Handling calls and emails with professionalism Being the go-to support for the wider client services and contracts teams The candidate Previous admin or client services experience (essential); contract admin experience is a big plus!
